Gayle Denise Asmus


54, of Scottsdale, succumbed to cancer on March 2, 2010, surrounded by her immediate family. Gayle was born on August 11, 1955 in Fort Morgan, Colorado. Her dear parents, Ed and Esther, moved the family to Fort Collins, CO in 1960 where she attended High School and Business College. She was a member of First Baptist Church. She worked for Lobar Construction Company in Fort Collins for several years as a private secretary and as a legal secretary in Loveland, CO. She is survived by her father, Ed Asmus of Scottsdale; her brother, Barry, who she worked for as a secretary for 16 years, and her brother, Lynn of San Diego, CA. She worked the last few years at Odyssey Ware in Tempe. Her kind and generous soul will be missed immensely by her family, friends, and wonderful dog, Samson.
